Interlaken, our third summer
Hot food all day, the English menu first — and why the kiosk in the café is going down so well.
Since 2024 we have been cooking between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. Many guests come from overseas, eat at four in the afternoon and want their bill in their own language. We can do both.
In the café, every second guest now orders at the kiosk — in one of twelve languages. That leaves our team more time for the terrace.
